Privileged Lifestyles Online Boutique is delighted to offer flat-fee world wide delivery on the following schedule:

Hermes Birkin Shipping: $200.00 Fedex (1-2 working days)
Standard Shipping: $11.00 (5-7 working days)
Express Shipping
: $35 (1-2 working days)

Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 5-7 business days. For Express Delivery it is $35 (€26.00) & order must be placed before noon EST. If we’re temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Express Service is available for delivery on the next regular business day. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at +1 786 505 5334 for delivery options based upon your specific location. Shipments to outside the US follow the same rate schedule, however express delivery will take an extra 1-2 days.

*We regret that Express Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Recipient’s telephone number is required on all orders.

Shipping Promotions
Any promotional discount or allowance (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges or International orders.

International Shipping
For US, Canada, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Territories, please note that regular shipping will take 3-5 days. For other International Orders, for example Japan, can take between 4-7 days for delivery. This covers the transportation and insurance charges. Items over 5 pounds cannot be shipped internationally.

We reserve the right to refuse any International Order per our discretion, and will notify and refund you promptly if your order is cancelled.

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you see an item you like, click on “add to cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on the “check out” to confirm your items, and finish your order. You may delete items out of your cart by ticking the box next to the item you wish to remove and clicking REMOVE.

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
VSL Online accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Laser, Paypal, VSL Online Return Credits, VSL Online Gift Credits.

3.WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
As soon as you submit your order, your credit card will be charged. If an item is found to be unavailable, you will be informed and not be charged. If your item is back-ordered, you have the option to keep the order opened, or cancel your order.

4. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
After you click “Place Your Order” an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form. If your order was declined and you still see a pending charge or charge on your statement/account, it actually has not gone through.

5. IS MY CREDIT CARD/PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE AT VSL ONLINE.
While shopping at VSL Online, we want our customers to feel confident that their personal information and credit card data is completely safe. SHIPPING POLICY: PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING IT STILL TAKES US 24 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING.

If you place an order after 5pm on Friday through Sunday (there is no one available to process your web order during the weekend.) your order won’t be processed until the following Monday.

*Typically orders will take a 24 hours to process. Absolutely no orders made Friday after 5pm will be shipped until the following Monday.

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship everywhere in the world, this includes the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Europe, Japan, South America, and everywhere else on earth.

3. I NEED TO HAVE MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE/CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY?
If your order must be received by a certain date, please include this information, along with the best method of contact in an email to us or call us on +1786 449 1518 between Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST.

4. WHAT DOES BACK ORDERED MEAN?
We sometimes have merchandise that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we’ll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and back ordered items and you may have the option to receive a partial shipment of the order, so you don’t have to keep waiting. Custom made, or special order items all require a minimum of three weeks to deliver.

The expected ship date for back-ordered merchandise is mailed to you after placing your order. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays.

You can check the status of your order by clicking on “Track My Order” in the bottom navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your email address and the order number from your emailed receipt. Then, click on “Order History”. Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package.

Returns and Exchanges

1. RETURN POLICY:
VSL Online accepts returns for unworn, and undamaged jewelry within 7 days of delivery.  Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue an exchange or credit as you instruct within 7 business days. Returned items that are beyond 10 days but within 30 days of the receipt/delivery date, can be redeemed for a store credit to be used only in the online store. Items returned after 30 days of your receiving them are not eligible for refund or store credit. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

2. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Customized pieces of jewelry, Special Order Items, Final Sale items are not returnable/exchangeable.

3. DAMAGED GOODS RETURN: If there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, call us as soon as possible to report this to us, so we may supply you with a prepaid shipping label. *Damaged or incorrect items are the only returns that qualify for a return label. 4. EXCHANGE POLICY: If you need to exchange for a different size, we will charge the credit card on-file to ship your exchange item back to you. If you paid with PayPal be prepared for us to contact you for a credit card to cover the shipping costs. Shipping the item you want an exchange for, back to us is your responsibility. We are not responsible for return packages that do not have tracking information attached to it. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured package with tracking info to the address below:
